It has been confirmed that original actors Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are returning to their iconic characters in the latest chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The film is currently in production.

The duo are slated to play Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the characters they made famous. It is believed their appearance will probably be featured in a brief glimpse ahead, given that the original saga concluded with their characters married and with children.
